As an Amazon vendor, our client faced challenges in getting Amazon to generate organic purchase orders (POs) for their newly launched product lines. This uncertainty made stock purchasing both difficult and risky for an unestablished range.

Approach
We launched their new products through the Born to Run Vendor program and implemented a strategic product launch plan. This included a long-tail keyword ranking approach designed to build volume quickly in a competitive market, rather than immediately competing for high-volume generic terms.
To accelerate growth, we leveraged Sponsored Products advertising campaigns to aggressively capture search impression share for target keywords while optimizing content to maximize conversions.
Results
Our long-tail ranking strategy rapidly drove sales across a targeted selection of relevant keywords, delivering a 574% increase in sales during the three-month launch period compared to their previous product launch.
As a result, organic vendor purchase orders were generated much faster, enabling better stock planning and providing confidence in placing initial orders for future launches.
